Canberra Business Challenge

At ICN, we believe that strong local economies are built on real relationships, and that starts with showing up.

Canberra Business Challenge

At ICN, we believe that strong local economies are built on real relationships, and that starts with showing up.

The Canberra Business Challenge was our commitment to doing exactly that. Over the course of a month, our team hits the pavement to visit as many local businesses as possible across the Canberra region, meeting face-to-face with the people behind the products and services that make our business community thrive.

The challenge has a simple but powerful purpose: to connect, listen and share. We spend time with businesses already registered on Gateway by ICN, our national platform linking local suppliers with major projects and procurement opportunities. We hear firsthand about their work, their customers and the impact they're making. We also take the opportunity to introduce Gateway to businesses who hadn't yet discovered what it could do for them.

Every visit tells a story. From the conversations we have along the way, put a spotlight on local businesses and the people behind them celebrating their expertise, their communities and their ambitions through our channels. For some businesses, the challenge can open the door to a deeper feature: a case study exploring their experience as a Gateway supplier and the real-world benefits they've realised through ICN's networks, events and connections.

The Canberra Business Challenge is more than a local initiative, it's a reflection of how ICN works. We're here to build meaningful connections between local businesses and the opportunities they deserve to be part of.
